A safe and supportive space crafted carefully to meet the needs of soon to be mama’s, a great way to maintain a healthy mind and body during a memorable and challenging life experience. Cultivating strength, flexibility and focus through gentle movement & breath are useful tools for delivery.
In this parental workshop you will learn how to use breath, mantra and visualization for relaxation during childbirth, tools to ease pregnancy related discomforts, support your spine using accessible props at home. It will be a wonderful time to connect and share with other expecting mothers.
