All Levels Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice . Classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes can have a variety of music and themes.

Classes are thoughtful and invite you to explore the deeper aspects of yoga. Above all else, this class wants you to move like you. To intuitively listen to what your body need.

Breathe deeply, strengthen in stillness’ is the name of the game. Hatha has us holdin’ active poses, while using slow and steady breathing to calm the mind-freak. Transcend the bit of struggle to reach that sweet state of surrender. Just like our vinyasa classes, all levels are welcome and different poses will be available to meet you where you’re at on the mat

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditative practice in which practitioners move through the koshas, or energetic layers that house the soul, to unite the conscious, subconscious, unconscious, and superconscious minds. During yoga nidra, practitioners enter the theta wave stage of sleep and experience deep relaxation. Nidra offers lots of healing benefits such as stimulating the production of HGH – restoring the body, improved sleep, release of tension and pain, and has also proven to be supportive for those who experience PTSD, depression, and anxiety. During this class, participants will be lead through a slow flow to release excess energy before dropping into a deep meditation combined with sound therapy.

A 30-minute meditation to transition into the new week!

In a soothing atmosphere, you will be guided into the inner quiet of your ‘Self’, experiencing peace and calm in your both physical & mental body. The goal of meditation is to experience our essential nature—which is described as peace, happiness, and bliss.

During practice we focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.
