Pancakes Au Chocolat

Gluten Free Cocoa-Coconut Pancakes

Delightful taste, 100% healthy.

1/4 cup Coconut* Flour.

2 Tbsp Tapioca* Flour.

1/8 tsp sea salt.

1/2 tsp baking soda.

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 eggs.

1 cup coconut almond milk. ( or coconut milk or play with different kinds! )

2 tbsp melted coconut oil.

2 tbsp blue agave or honey.

  • Mix all dry ingredients on a bowl.
  • On a separate bowl add and mix wet ingredients.
  • Follow by adding dry to wet ingredients, Whisk until it becomes batter.

 

 

Heath up a pan or pancake grill, melt some coconut oil then add the mix 2 spoons at a time, then spread out in a circle. Option to add bananas or blue berries while on the grill.

  • cook for 1-2 minutes.

Stack  your pancakes on your plate then top with:

  • nuts, nut butter, maple syrup, bananas, strawberries, chocolate chips, coconuts flakes!
