I know for fact that having a meditation practice helps find peace of mind but also in the process we gather powerful tools which can be implemented in our daily life. Meditation helps awaken mindfulness, it helps you see your thoughts with clarity but also teaches you to let go of them. It becomes rather easy to bare with the turmoil.
