Green citrus juice

Give this recipe a try, it’s a great post workout beverage- super light & refreshing.

2 cups fresh spinach

2 bananas

1 Orange

1 apple

2 tsp raw spirulina powder

1 or 2 Cups of water

 

 

OPTION to add 1 scoop of plant protein powder.
