Ashwagandha Natural Berry Yogurt & Organic Cereal

SUPER FRUIT – BRAIN BOOSTER cereal bowl.

Serves 2 People.

1. THE YOGURT

1 Box of frozen Raspberries

1 Box of frozen Blackberries

1/2 Box of frozen Blueberries

1 Banana

1 Cup Vegetable milk ( My husband and I decided that OAT MILK is the best option if you buy it at your local market, all other vegetable milk varieties contain gums and stabilizers which aren’t great for your body)

3 Tsp Açai Powder

2 tsp Ashwaganda powder (Withania somnifera)**

2. THE TOPPINGS

1 Cup Honey Nut toasted oats ( Full circle market )

Pecans

Coconut Shreds.

Blend all your ingredients until smooth

Once you’ve served your super fruit- brain booster yogurt, top with Honey Nut toasted oats, pecans & coconut shreds. As you can see in the picture i only put like 10 cereal loops for decoration purposes… The following is a picture of what i did after i finishes taking the aesthetic insta-friendly  photos of the bowl:

ASHWAGANDHA:

Studies indicate ashwagandha possesses anti-inflammatory, antitumor, antistress, antioxidant, immunomodulatory, hemopoietic, and rejuvenating properties.
