Watermelon Slurry

EXTRA QUICK  morning refreshment 

1/4 Watermelon

2 handfuls of Raspberries

1 Handful Blackberries

1 Tbsp Lime ( juice )

1 1/2 tsp Navitas Açai powder

2 Tbsp chia seeds

No solvent needed, watermelon does the job.  😉

 

Throw all ingredients in your blender. Blend for 1 minute.

Once your slurry is ready you can top with pepitas, dried calendula + dried rose petals. if  you want something more solid, add granola to it
