Making a Heathy choice every day depends on you. It is easier to have somebody else make it for you at a store for sure, I’ve done it, I still do when i am in a rush although is not longer part of my routine or a habit at all. I started noticing that the simple act of caring for my body, feeding it what it needs and taking responsibility for it is an act of self love. Some mornings I like refreshing citrus tastes, other days warm granola with chocolate will so, this morning was a  Blue-Raspberry kind of day. I figures that out by paying close attention and  listening to my what my body needs.

Blueberries are packed with antioxidants, called anthocyanins, that may help keep memory sharp as you age.
Raspberries contain ellagic acid, a compound with anti-cancer properties. All berries are great sources of fiber, a nutrient important for a healthy digestive system.

 

Cocobowl Base :

1 Cup of frozen blueberries

1 Cup of frozen rapberries

2 Bananas (frozen or not)

2 Tsp Acai powder

1 Cup Cashew milk.

5 Cashew milk Ice Cubes ( i make my own)

1 Tbsp Almond butter

BLEND…

 

 

Para La Base de este Cocobowl:

 

1 Taza de Arandanos congelados

1 Taza de Frambuesas congeladas

2 Bananos (congelados or not)

2 Cucharaditas de polvo Acai

1 Taza de leche de anacardo

5 Cubos hielo a base de leche de anacardo
( yo hago los mios en mi congelador)

1 Cucharada mantequilla de almendra.
