What: Continuing education for Yoga teachers, mindfulness instructors, holistic health coaches, sound healers, psychologists or psychotherapists OR simply humans wanting to understand more about the transformative power of meditation techniques.

Dates: September 9,10,11 – 16,17,18 – 23,24,25.  

 

Fridays

2 hr Block |  7 pm – 9 pm PST

Saturdays

5 hr Block |  1pm – 6 pm PST

Sundays

3 hr Block |  11:30 – 2:30 pm PST

This study course is made for you and will take you above & beyond with your practice + teaching. 

During this 40-hour course Natalia takes you on a comprehensive journey of meditation from the scope of Yogic Tradition and how to lead transformative meditation classes. You will gather the language to speak with confidence when guiding individuals, groups and even corporate clientele. Discover a handful of methodologies to incorporate into your daily living and share with the community. Learn to work with Mindfulness, visualization, breath regulation (Pranayama) , Hasta Mudra (Hand Gestures) , Mantra ( Sacred Sounds and affirmations ) amongst other Yoga techniques. 

 

Of the 40 hours of meditation teacher training :

30 hours consist on in person learning, lectures, group exercises & teaching.

10 hours consist of homework including reading, journaling assignments, teaching & final project if you wish to receive a certificate that states you have completed this curriculum at ReUnify Yoga
